Tested Operating Systems

Kanrisuru is tested across most standard Linux distros

Linux

Currently Kanrisuru has been tested on the following Linux distros:

• Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04
• Debian
• Centos
• Fedora
• Red Hat Enterpise Linux (RHEL)
• OpenSUSE
• Suse Enterprise Linux (SLES)

We would like to provide ongoing testing support for new distros, as well as try to provide some backwards compatability support for slightly dated versions (with the caveat of not encouraging users to stick around on insecure / unsupported versions of Linux).

Other Operating Systems

At this point, Kanrisuru does not have equivalent or unique implemenations of the BSD / Darwin / Windows Operating System commands. While we optimisitcally would like to have integrations with each of these, we would want to ensure a baseline level of testing on each of these to ensure each command works as expected.
